Hi ! Hope your day or evening is going well.I was curious what people like to do for fun or when you are bored. After you read this it would be cool if in the comments if you could tell me stuff about your hobbies or interests.

Do you like to read, listen to music or color in an adult ccoloring book? I like to do that color that is.I also like playing games too.I do get bored easy so I like a variety of things to do, Especially when it comes to games and books .

I found a cool site for games .I was playing a cool game called parade pranks.

Its a 20 level chinese new year themed game with Tom and Jerry ,  (love them).you must maneuver a dragon controlled by Jerry to grab all the cheese

These games are fun for kids too.The whole family can enjoy!

I also like Pac-Rat inspired by the Pac-Man game .Pretty sure you familiar with Pac-Man .If not heres how you play .

You got to make your way through eating the cheese and avoiding the cats .

Salisbury Steak and Gravy

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

? cup bread crumbs

2 teaspoons ketchup

1 teaspoon mustard

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder – optional, use if not doing onion in gravy

Gravy

1 onion – small

1 teaspoon oil

2 cups beef broth

4 tablespoons flour

1 teaspoon ketchup

½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

If you want caramelized onions in your gravy, start by thin slicing a small onion. Cook with 1 teaspoon oil over medium-high heat until nicely brown. About 7-8 minutes. Set aside in a bowl.

Mix 1 pound ground beef with ? cup bread crumbs, 2 teaspoons ketchup,1 teaspoon mustard and Worcestershire sauce, and ½ teaspoon garlic powder. If not doing the onions, then add ½ teaspoon onion powder.

Divide one pound of hamburger mixture into 3-4 equal portions. A quarter-size indent in the middle will help prevent puffing up of the patties and make cooking evener.

Place steak patties in a large frying pan with a teaspoon of oil over medium-high heat. Flip about every 5-6 minutes until an internal temperature of about 165°. About 15-20 minutes depending on the thickness, the pan, and your burners.

Whisk 4 tablespoons flour with 1 cup beef broth. Remove the Salisbury steak to a plate and lightly tent.

Pour out most of the liquid, leaving about 3-4 tablespoons of liquid. Allow the pan to cool some. Add 1 cup beef broth and bring to a light boil over medium heat.

Slowly add the flour-broth mixture while continuing to whisk. Add 1 teaspoon ketchup and ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. Add salt to taste.

Whisk until nicely thickened, a few minutes. If using, add caramelized onions to the gravy and mix well.

Add steak back into the mixture, simmer a few minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes or as you wish.

CUTE CHOCOLATE CHERRY MICE

How cute are these ! And fun for the whole family to make .

You will need

4 ounces chocalate milk or semi-sweet

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 dozen hersheys kisses

sliced almonds or peanut halves

little cinnamon candies

How to assemble

  1. Put the maraschino cherries in a strainer and rinse well with cold water until it runs clear. Scatter the cherries on top of a few layers of paper towel to drain and dry thoroughly, patting dry if necessary. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt together the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl set over a pan of slightly simmering water, stirring until uniform and completely melted. Remove the bowl from the heat.
  3. Holding a cherry by the stem, dip in the melted chocolate, rolling to coat completely. Allow excess chocolate to drain off before placing the cherry on its side on the parchment-lined baking sheet (the stem should stick out from the side rather than the top). Repeat with the remaining cherries and chocolate. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow to set.
  4. If the remaining chocolate mixture in the bowl has hardened, reheat over simmering water until melted again. Remove the chocolate-covered cherries from the refrigerator. Dip the flat end of a chocolate kiss into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drain off, and then place onto the end opposite the stem end of a cherry. While holding the kiss in place, add 2 almond slices between the cherry and kiss to form ears. Use a toothpick to add 2 small dots of melted chocolate to the kiss, to adhere 2 dragees for eyes. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  5. Place the baking sheet back in the refrigerator to set up for at least 15 minutes.
