Most of us have struggled time and time with this issue..There are so many options to lose weight .I think why most of us fail is that we expect to much to fast .or rely on the”gimmick”methods.There is so much information out there for weight loss.The best thing is to research if you need and help with getting started.Now of course its always best to talk to your doctor before starting any diet or fitness plan .Your Doctor may be able to hook you up with a nutritionist . Also many hospitals and heath care facilities offer a fitness center .You may be able to get these free or paid through insurance .
What helps me a lot is portion control. not depriving myself of my favs.and recipes I hate boring food.I love flavor! So finding new recipes is key for me.
Having support of friends and family is crucial ! we all need cheerleaders and thumbs up sometimes:)
