SUPER EASY TO DO: and saves money too

1.Melt a bag of chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl in the microwave

2.Pour half  in a pan and freeze till solid

3. Mix 1/2 C peanut butter ans 3/4 powdered sugar

4.Layer it on the solid chocolate

5 Add  remaining meted chocolate (you may want to wait to melt more until you have the first layer solid)

6.Freeze for 1 hour and yummy!!!

    what size pan and is that 3/4 cup of powdered sugar?

    I made this in an 8×8 pan and had a few problems. I ended up doubling the PB & powdered sugar and adding a couple tablespoons of milk because it was thick and too hard to spread. I then had to melt more chocolate chips to cover the top.

    After it was done, it doesn’t cut well, the chocolate breaks away.

    Would love to hear suggestions or how others made this.
