TIPS:Do not add salt to water ,the eggs will be “rubbery”
When peeling the eggs .use same pan run some cold water in the pan ,peel under the cold water .this will allow a little steam to escape ,The egg will not be dry ,(That will happen if you let them cool to long) and the shell will be easier to peel off ,If there is still warm moisture under the shell.. Its a touch and go procedure ,I have failed and succeeded and failed many times and peeling eggs.:) Now I think I got it:)
