What helps me a lot is portion control and not depriving myself of my favorite foods ,Just watching the portion sizes,I seek out low cal recipes with lots of flavor if food is tasteless ,you wont want to eat it.
Having a good support of family and friends is crucial We all need cheerleaders and thumbs up sometimes!
