I have tried so many different ways to make a super crispy chicken sandwich.And I fail 🙁 …Until now! Sun chips not JUST a great snack,Also makes a fantastic coating for chicken!
I took my trusty little meat mallet, made the chicken breasts thin ,dipped in some egg and flour ..then!!..ready???? I placed them in some crushed up Sunchips !! fried each side only a few minutes in hot oil ..And viola!! The crispest chicken I ever had ,Add some sliced cheese (cheddar my preference ) a little ranch dressing and YUM!
